Reidar Langmo
Chairman of the Board

Reidar is a founding partner and CEO of Novus with over a decade of clean energy expertise. He was one of the founders of both ScanWafer (1994) and REC (2000), which yielded one of the world's leading solar companies. Reidar held positions as chairman and CEO both in REC and its subsidiaries. He played a key role in connection with REC's strategic acquisitions of ASiMI's silicon plants both in 2002 and 2005. In 2006 REC had the most successful clean energy IPO to date with an ~$8B market cap. Reidar holds an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Steinar Fossen
Board Member

Steinar holds a Ph.D in Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science degree from Høgskolen i Bodø. He has supplementary education from SRI (Stanford Research Insitute) / Stanford University in USA. Academic work focus on areas such as new product development, venture start-ups and commercialization of new technology. His former experience includes positions as Executive director, Ernst & Young AS and VP Sales in Kongsberg Maritime AS.

Kjell A.Storeide
Board Member

Kjell has broad business experience, including as CEO of Stokke AS. Currently he is engaged full-time in directorships. In addition to being board chairman of Rem Offshore ASA, Mr Storeide is board member of the stock exchange listed company Salmar ASA, as well as a number of unlisted companies. He is a former member of the boards of Aker ASA, Innovation Norway, Investinor, SND and SND Invest, and the executive boards of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and Confederation of Technology Companies (TBL). He holds a Master degree in Business and Economics from NHH

Frands Preben Frandsen
Board Member

Frands P Frandsen holds several board positions as well as being Operating Principal at BW Ventures Ltd. Being a serial entrepreneur, he has built several companies from scratch, among others a facility service company that was sold to NEAS ASA in 2006. Since 2008 Frands Preben Frandsen has been involved in clean technology sector investments and is operational in start-ups. His operational experience and focus led him to join BW Ventures' Green Marine Capital from its very beginning

Einar Whalstrøm
Board Member

Einar Wahlstrøm holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim, Norway. Mr. Wahlstrøm has 10 years experience from the solar industry through various senior positions in Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC ASA). He has been responsible for business development, expansion projects, large internationalization projects, global product upgrades, M&A activities, and currently holds the position as VP Project Development. In addition to his broad international experience, he has experience from development and industrialization of technology venture and startup companies including shipping and offshore related products and services
